I needed to do this because certifi wouldn't compile and the dependencies wouldn't update without relaxing the requirement on httpoison.

Tests still pass.
Btw, how do you tell the test environment not to spam messages about the pay_pal environment not being set? I've been using
elixir --erl "-pay_pal environment sandbox" -S mix test, but that wasn't very discoverable. Is there a better-known way?
